Ordering was done via a tablet at the side of the table, though a physical menu was also provided. However, we found that the menu recommendation tags were too small to notice, both on the menu and none on the tablet. We tried several items from the menu. The gyoza was okay in taste but smaller in size compared to other places. The chicken miso katsu set was delicious, with crispy fried chicken, but the miso soup was plain and lacked umami. I must admit, this dish is a wonder. Eating it is almost like a therapeutic ritual. There's three ways to enjoy this dish, all of which should be followed in order to enjoy the delicate taste.
