Booked the Baja Therapy for our family of 5. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience given the price. First off, the boat is in great shape and has very comfy seats. The instructions for arrival were okay... but the gate was locked to the pier so fortunately someone was waiting for us... but we sat around clueless of what to do for about 5 minutes before he approached us. We got on the boat and were offered beers and connected our phones for music. Stereo was okay, but couldn't hear it once we got moving. We had the boat for 2 hours, and just asked the captain to take us somewhere with great snorkeling. We got dropped off next to the arches, in almost no visibility water with very few fish. Very disappointing compared to other spots I have been in Cabo. Then he moved the boat about 100 yards from the dropoff point. After about 15-20 minutes of trying to find some clearer spots, we gave up and headed back to the boat... I tried waving him down to pick us up in same spot he dropped off, but after a few minutes I realized he wasn't watching us since he had no clue. I swam to the boat (through what I was later told by another boat captain was a restricted swim area) leaving the others behind to get his attention. When I got there, he was very uninterested in moving the boat, but eventually did to go pick up the other snorkelers. Once on the boat, he just sat there for a few minutes not saying anything. I finally had to ask him if we could just boat around or even do another snorkel spot... wasn't apologetic at all. We headed back to the marina about 30 min before our time was up. We asked if we could quickly dip in using the slide, which he unapologetically said no. We got back to the dock with 15 minutes left on our reservation. Truly disappointing. Not only the lack of service but the fact he dropped us off to snorkel and just left us. Do not...
Read moreMy family of 12 booked this boat for 3 hours and honestly it wasn’t worth it. The Captain was unfriendly and seemed bothered every single time we asked him a question. They were more focused on us drinking than us enjoying the cruise and the boat’s amenities. They didn’t offer us life jackets, snorkeling gear and never asked what we wanted to do or what we wanted to see. We went around the arch which was nice because some of my family hadn’t seen it but after that they anchored the boat in a busy area with zero visibility for snorkeling. We asked for the mat float to be lowered, it never happened. The 2 stars are for the other crew members and for the boat itself. The boat is in decent shape and I’m sure if we had a different crew we would have had a blast, but we made it work and didn’t let it ruin our vacation. I wouldn’t recommend this company to others and I would...
Read moreWOW! We went out on a private 2 hour boat ride (4 of us) and it was the absolute time of our life. The crew really catered to our every need from cocktails, water, sunscreen, asked where we wanted to go/see, etc. The boat is fantastic as there is plenty of room to spread out and have fun. They took us all around the Sea of Cortez to see the Cabo sites and told us what everything was. At the end of the tour, they took us to a swimming area and let us enjoy the water. The boat has a very fun slide on the back which was great entertainment and made for some funny videos. Be prepared Tequila flows freely on this boat if you want it too! :) There is also a small bathroom on board where you can change into clothes after your day on the water. I highly recommend and will for sure look up Baja Therapy when we return to Cabo which is hopefully very soon! Thanks for a...
