My visit to Soul Spa was pleasant but ultimately unmemorable. While it had all the elements of a spa day—massages, water therapy, and relaxation areas—it felt like they were “playing it safe” rather than creating a deeply immersive experience.

The highlight was undoubtedly the deep tissue massage, which was expertly done and left me feeling refreshed. However, the rest of the experience lacked the thoughtful details that make a spa visit truly special. The water temperature was lukewarm rather than soothing or invigorating, making it difficult to fully relax—we found ourselves shivering instead of unwinding. A stronger contrast in temperatures would have enhanced the therapeutic benefits.

Additionally, the atmosphere was missing those little touches that elevate a spa experience, like the calming scent of incense or a more immersive ambiance.

Avoid. I went there today with my daughter. Horrible experience. The water had a film and the chlorine was very strong. The steam room was not even warm. There was an electrical cord hanging on the side of the water. It smelled moldy. You have to use your own shoes inside, which is disgusting. I sat on a chair and it broke and I hurt my wrist on the fall and they told me to wait for someone so we were just sitting there for a while about 10 mins and the lady came and asked are you ok now or do you need a doctor. They didn't offer me anything, not even a towel. My daughter had to get it for me. We got dressed and left. Never...

Honestly I had such a great experience with their hydrotherapy and massage service. They just had so many little details which made this experience so enjoyable and on top of that the staff were really great, my massage I fell asleep because I was so relaxed

And the tea was great

I do wish the hydrotherapy spa was a bit bigger but honestly great...
