I had my wedding reception here a couple weeks ago and I can’t thank the FERNZ catering team enough for putting on an amazing night for our friends and family. The food was absolutely delicious and it was such a good feeling to look around the room and see our loved ones being taken care of. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring our head table had enough food and drink the whole night. There was also plenty to go round for our remaining guests AND leftovers that we could take home with us at the end of the night. The bar staff were just as amazing and so were the two security guards we had present. Finally, the day would not have been made possible without the help of my fabulous coordinator, Melisha Sands. Due to a number of different factors, the lead up to the wedding was a stressful experience for me and I was not confident that my dream day could be executed the way I had envisioned. Melisha remained calm and communicated consistently with me ensuring that I was informed of every little detail. I definitely felt a lot more relaxed in the lead up to the day, knowing that every single detail was being managed by Melisha and her team. The end result speaks for itself! We had our Gym End of Year Event at Alexandra Park December 2023. Naomi & Andrew went above & beyond to make sure our event went smoothly! The Staff were awesome always had beautiful smiles that came with every drink served. We thoroughly enjoyed there company also dancing/recommending/the jokes it was awesome!! Now the FOOD, we have had Christmas events in the last couple of years at many venues and this one had to be the BEST one! Our Guests are of Pasifika nationalities so the food hit home from a lot of them they were raving & raving about it even a week after the event! Best experience with FERZ CATERING at Alexandra park. Andrew and his team very easy to communicate with from booking room, set up and run sheet for the night.
