And no he never asked for anything but exactly what your basic product was....so does that mean we've been overcharged & given the wrong item as well. (I notice your intense reply has been removed which says a million words about your own ethics). (SO NOW YOUR COMMENT IS AVAILABLE TO BE SEEN AGAIN....how interesting... Well my reply here was to your original comment). END OF STORY. Also l made it clear in my review that the whole reason for coming into the store today was to attempt to resolve this is a proper manner. Your attitude is very defensive in your reply & not what l would have expected. You attempt to turn this error by your staff around & blame the customer 🙄 wow what a silly person you are to create an even bigger problem you need to be more understanding & l dont know what went wrong all l know is what lve already said. We did take appropriate steps to avoid this kind of silliness. It's on your shoulders we don't want any more to do with the problem. May other patrons of yours beware how you do business. Obviously you still have alot to learn about good honest customer service. I leave you with your mess your staff & what ever happened you can live with it. We have eaten reg from here before & their food was lovely. Yesterday we needed something healthy so we went back there and ordered a 1 Haloumi wrap $17.50 ( we had them there before & they were great) this time the filling was full of bitter Cabbage it was very dry l pulled the halloumi out of it & ate that my son was starving so he ate his half as food is food when you don't have much $ to go around. I couldn't chew or eat my half it was that bitter. Before reviewing we took the rest of it back to the store today (hoping we would not need to leave a unhappy review-when you get ignored you end up leaving a review like this), & explained & she just said their different staff make them different ways & it was our fault for not asking for more dressing. When you buy Takeaway ????? That's a bit impractical & rough to expect, once your 5 km away. She never offered him his money back or an alternative choice. Said she'd tell the manager 🙄 well l hope she's skint on $ one day as bad as weve been through unforeseen circumstances & karma bites her arse & she goes hungry through expensive priced unedible food (we went there because they usually provide healthy food well prepared)....NOT NICE FROM A STORE WEVE TRUSTED FOR A LONG TIME....

I have given an extra 2 stars as my initial rating I agree was not just, probably born from frustration and disappointment. I do realise your food is still tasty fresh and healthy. there may no longer be anything on the menu for me but many others will find something great on the menu.

I have always stopped in at real food kitchen for lunch when I'm in the area to have there falafel with Turkish bread which has always been a tasty healthy and filling treat at a bargain price of around $12 But my last 2 visits I was told they didn't have any Turkish bread so I got the falafel wrap instead, unfortunately after finishing the wrap I was still starving and my last visit I was told they have discontinued the Turkish bread option, so I won't be going back, which is a shame as there are not many places that sell this type of lunch made fresh, subway microwave there falafel and cafe cabinet food is not as...

Most under-whelming sandwich ever and really expensive. I posted a photo of how awful it was. I bought two full sandwiches, smoked chicken with cranberry and (3?) cheese and the second was ham, onion and cheese. These were $10 each. Mine was a few strips of smoked chicken, 2 slices of Brie, baby spinach with cranberry on dry bread (no butter) . The cranberry was directly on the bread making it soggy on that side. Ew Ew Ew! The melting moment biscuits were OK but the filling tasted like it was borderline rancid. Sorry but $38 for 2 sandwiches and 2 cookies I would have expected better. Better...
