Ali Butler is an exceptionally talented, skilled, compassionate and a naturally good hearted person. We met her in an Open home. She was quick to understand our basic requirements. She followed up after our visit with a meeting in which she prepared a Checklist of our requirements. Right from this day, she followed up with properties that ticked our Checklist. She was very proactive in arranging visits to see these properties. Over the time, we had grown to have complete trust in her judgement and understanding of the properties we were visiting. There would be some properties we would be tempted to see, she would, however, let us know where they would not meet the criteria. At times we would waiver,but, Ali would point out that a single level house is what we require at our age and we should stick to this requirement. Our experience over the time we were looking for properties with Ali was that of her promptness and thorough research into the houses we we were interested in. She would send us complete dossier of documents detailing the location,flooding zones, LIM reports and at times Building inspection reports. We noticed that she is just a naturally good person who does not pretend to be anything more. She had complete empathy to our requirements and she never tried to sell us anything else. In short, we consider that we were very fortunate to meet her and represent us in our search for a house that may be our last.
