Marsden Suites Nautilus Orewa — Hotel in Hibiscus and Bays

My husband booked an apartment with two rooms in May 2022. We arrived back to the hotel late after dinner, and upon getting ready for bed I noticed that there was a stain on the sheets of the bed in the master bedroom. As a result I slept on top of the bed with a blanket. They also advertise in their Cleaning and Safety Practices - "Enhanced cleanliness measures". My husband advised Reception of the issue as we checked out and he was instructed to send an email to the hotel with his complaint. We are now into June and my husband has sent an email and I have also sent an email and received no response or follow up. Apart from the dirty sheets, the apartment was spacious, and as we didn't use any other facilities I can't comment on those, however the lack of response from the Hotel is disappointing and does nothing to recommend them or their service for any...

I had a week or so to myself and I am glad I spent it here. It was perfect. So close to the beach, library just behind it, bus stop close by, and with 2 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants around - it was perfect for me. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows and I appreciate the cooking utensils. I loved the underfloor heating. Spacious unit.

Though I noticed on the day I wasn't in, my room wasn't made, I did put the make room tag on my door. But I just assumed maybe the housekeepers won't come in if I wasn't in.

What a place, beautiful. Self contained apartment. Gorgeous view of the sea and the town scape. Amazing huge picture window, did i say HUGE, level with the master bed.
