1. being told at check in that the receptionist was very busy so I need to make it quick to check in. I'm sorry for bothering you! - a bit of a theme at this place when l've gone back and read other reviews.||||2) the REALLY loud banging noise in our room every few minutes all afternoon and evening - l'd have complained about it to try to get it rectified but see point 1||||3) being told at lunch in an extremely rude manner when asking for mayonnaise for my fries that the waitress is busy serving other customers and I need to wait... this was before point 1 happened... not a good omen but we'd pre-booked the room. As soon as i opened the hotel hallway for the rooms, a rush of a strong food smell rushed into my nose. The smell was absolutely terrible bc there was a restaurant below the rooms. When I walked into the room it was an absolute nightmare, the rooms looked and felt like a literal jail/prison cell. It was so bad that i couldn’t sleep. The rooms did not look like what was stated in the pictures. We had no choice to stay in this hotel because all the others were booked. The pricing for the rooms were so expensive, especially for what the rooms looked like. It’s not worth it, it should be no more then $70. It was REVOLTING. All the good comments/reviews in this section has to be fake because it was disgusting. THE SHOWERS WERE SO CRUSTY.I don’t recommend staying in this hotel unless you have no choice...

Stayed here for one night with my wife on a holiday. We had great service from the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was gorgeous and modern. It also had a heat pump which we were especially happy about as it was a very hot day. We struggled with the lack of catering for people with disabilities. Our room was upstairs and there was no elevator. There was also no disability parks outside the hotel either. The rooms also didn't have curtains. So we could see into our neighbours and they could see into ours. All made the lights being flicked on and off in the evening quite a bit more obvious and distracting.
