I got the express pedicure gel + removal, which said on the sign it would cost $100. They didn’t actually have the initial colour I had chosen, so I had to go with a different one. When the lady was doing my nails, she did knock my feet on the UV machine a couple of times, but overall the job was not bad. However, when I went to pay the $100 at the counter, they had to add a cost of $27 because I had “hard nail polish” that took longer to remove, because it wasn’t nail polish they had applied. I was not aware of this cost before the session, and they didn’t ask me or tell me anything about it, not even when I went to pay. I feel quit ripped off, and would recommend going elsewhere or at least making sure you know exactly what you’re going to be charged!!

When Harmony nails saw this review they immediately called and apologised for the confusion, offering to refund the cost of the removal, which I think was fantastic...

After having moved back from overseas to call Queenstown my home I was in desperate need of a new ALL ROUND beauty and spa service. Chelsea from Harmony was amazing and I honestly can not recommend her highly enough. Chloe was super immediate on their emails and did an absolutely sensational job of handling my ever evolving schedule.

I had a dermaplaning session and my eye brows tinted, reshaped and waxed (I was in desperate need after 12 months). Chelsea was so very thorough with the service she provided and made sure that all of my questions were answered in a reassuring way. I am really looking forward to returning here time and time again and can not wait for my next skin session with this fantastically...

Booked: two friends Treatments: 90 min deep tissue and hot stone massages, followed by gel nails. Staff: Chloe, Keiko and I didn’t catch my massage therapists name unfortunately, nor the one my friend was with.

My experience was great. All staff were super kind, helpful and professional - and clearly experienced. The area we had our massages in was private (curtained off) with a curtain between us, but we could still chat / experience it together if we wished. We had music in our ears which was great and thoughtful.

During our massage, other clients were making phone calls / talking but I don’t think that reflects Harmony Spa - and we had headphones anyway.
