NO AIR CONDITIONING AND LOUD We booked this motel originally for its location and fair price for queenstown. Now I feel we have been overcharged. The largest issue is that there isn't any air conditioning. As of writing this, Google, Bing, and Travelocity all have "air conditioning" listed under amenities. Their website does not, but I find this very misleading. They do have a heater for the winter, but during the summer it's too hot. There's no fan in the room, so the only solution is having the windows open. Which means the blinds are either up (light pollution, street noise, and lack of privacy), or they're flapping in the wind. The rooms themselves are also loud. I can hear everything our neighbors are doing. The room itself is fine. The bed is a little hard and lopsided, but linens and otherwise are fine. There isn't any rubber gasket on the bottom of the glass shower door, so water gets everywhere when you take a shower. Service was wonderful. They just only have office hours 7:30-8pm Also, fun, they still have actual keys to lock the door rather than key cards. It does have a good location, easy to walk around the city center

Overall, it's fine. Im sure its much more comfortable in the winter. We are staying in a camped van during our trip, and this is a single step above that. If you choose to stay here, bring your own fan, ear plugs, and eye mask. Or a sleeping pill. If you're a heavy sleeper, this may be the...

Blue Peaks Lodge Queenstown was a great place to stay. The room was clean, well lit, with big windows looking out the living room area and the bedroom area too. Blue Peaks was within walking distance to the Queenstown park and the main strip including the Marine Parade. Also walking distance to the main strip with all sorts of delicious food including Fergburger. Blue Peaks has on site laundry guest need to buy the tokens from the front desk before 20:00 (the time the front desk closes) the laundry is open and available to guest past the 20:00 hour. There is no need to buy laundry detergent because these machines automatically add the detergent to the wash. I would highly recommend Blue Peaks Lodge Queenstown to travelers. Lastly, they have good...

Staying at Blue Peak Apartments in Queenstown was a blast! The three-bedroom setup was just what we needed – enough space for everyone to spread out without stepping on each other's toes.||Let's talk about the real game-changers: having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment was a godsend. No more lugging around a suitcase full of dirty laundry – major win! And that kitchen, complete with an oven, made whipping up meals a breeze. It felt like we brought our own little chef's paradise to Queenstown.||Being close to the town center was a huge plus too. Park the car and take a leisurely stroll – that's my kind of vacation vibe. Blue Peak Apartments, you made our stay comfy...

Convenient location near downtown. Parking is free but very tight. Room was pretty clean, except there was hair in the shower (a special kind of gross for me, but maybe not an issue for most people). Comfy bed, but our room was very bright at night, even with all the shades drawn, due to the amount of outdoor lighting. Desk staff are friendly, but could be more versed in local tourist attractions. All in all, not a bad place to stay.

Stayed here for 5 days and it was good. Booked it online and reception was helpful at check in and during our whole stay. Overall experience was great apart from the shower water that kept splasing out to the floor with every use. But then again, the room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Walls were a bit thin and you can occasionally hear the neighbors talking but there is quiet time by 10pm. Would definitely come back again.
