I was really disappointed with the "Banana Shake" on the menu. It turned out to be completely different from the Vanilla and Chocolate Shakes listed in the same section.

When I received the drink, I asked the staff if it was a banana shake, and she said yes—but then clarified it was actually a banana smoothie. I repeated that I ordered a shake, not a smoothie, but she insisted this was the correct item.

I had expected something like the other shakes, with cream on top that we could all share. But this drink didn’t have any cream, and it tasted like a very simple homemade banana smoothie—not worth the $8.90 price at all. The only thing that stood out was the pineapple-shaped glass.

In the end, the receipt confirmed it was a "banana smoothie," even though the menu clearly said "Banana Shake" under the same category as the other milkshakes. This is really confusing and misleading for customers.

It was especially disappointing because we were visiting Queenstown to celebrate my son's birthday along with our wedding anniversary. My son was really upset that his drink looked so different and had no cream on top like the others. It honestly ruined the mood.

Only the sticky rice was good.

The menu needs to be corrected as soon as possible. This kind of mix-up...

My family arrived in Queenstown late and we didn't want to look further so we went to the nearest restaurant after we parked. My son didn't want Thai food so he got a burger from across the road. It was late, we were tired and hungry so we just went in and ordered Thai food. In the middle of our meal the lady came and told my son off 'no outside food allowed' I understand we didn't ask first but clearly there was no sign saying 'no outside food allowed'. My son he is a picky eater, we were tired and just wanted to eat and go to our hotel. The lady clearly saw my son eating his burger before our food were being served she should have told us before serving our food so we would have left but she indeed told us off in the middle of eating. They should have handled that before serving our food.It was disgusting, we lost our appetite, went to pay and left. We did inform the staff member who told my son off but she wasn't nice about it. They should have let us enjoy our meals rather than telling us off in the middle of our dinner. Definitely never returning there again. The food...

We had the worst customer service experience! Went over to order takeaway. Firstly, there was a code to use for discount however was told that was only for online order but not mentioned on the poster. Fine. We waited for 30 mins before we went o check with the counter how long it would take us to wait further and found out our food was sitting somewhere at the corner. Nobody has bothered checking in with us who had sat there for so long. Upon asking the customer service how long our food has been ready, she replied "no idea", zero level of customer service here! While we were carrying the box back to accommodation, my mate burnt her hand as the pepper sauce from 1 of our 3 dishes spilled from the box which we suspected wasnt being closed properly (see photo as the sauce spilled all over). Another disappointment was the Tom yum soup, pathetic few pieces of mushrooms floating around that was so costly, wasn't tasty. Overall, expensive yet low quality food served and bad customer service. Won't recommend. $62 spent on pepper beef, Tom yum soup, 2 rice and spring rolls,...
