I'm honestly not surprised by the reviews at all. I was here on Saturday 27/09. There was a young guy and a young Asian girl at the counter. I walked in, went straight to look at the one specific thing I was looking for. No one greeted or came asking if I needed any help. I went to the counter to ask if they had what I was looking for. Later, I could see the young man was doing everything (running back and forth between the store and the stockroom, checking stocks on the computer screen, RUNNING out of the stockroom to the counter to answer a phone call), all while the young girl was just standing behind the counter doing nothing. Another taller guy later came out of the stockroom and just stood behind the counter. I feel bad for the young man doing everything.. who wants to work in a shift/job with colleagues that don't pull their weights? This place would benefit from more...

Awesome friendly staff that went above and beyond for my son when we came in to see The All Blacks for the recent jersey launch. We were unfortunately late (love Auckland traffic)we got there just as they were packing up my son was guttered he couldn't get his number printed BUT they unpacked the printing machine and gave my boy his chosen number 8 on the back of his jersey. May seem like nothing to some people but it meant so much to my son and I as we are going through some personal things atm that is wearing heavy on his sweet little heart and that made his day he felt like a VIP. He's still buzzing !!
