More often used as a thoroughfare than a shopping mall. It is always clean and the plants are lovely creating a calming green space. Some attractive seating has recently been added. A popular stop for sushi, yogurt, and coffee at morning and lunchtime. However I don't appreciate how many times I have missed being bowled over by cyclists speeding through and those on scooters. I would prefer if cyclists and scooter riders were required to dismount. I have a mobility problem and use the train entrance in the mall daily so would appreciate more attention to safety.. This is a large corporate office building with some good shops on the ground floor. There are a few cafes and eateries nearby. There is an entry point to the Britomart train station which makes access to this location very easy. The corporate offices are well maintained. There is a large lawn in front which hosts many small events and product promotions. People can relax on the lawn on a good sunny day.
