Flo & Frankie Newmarket — Local services in Waitematā

Terrible customer service, this is not the first time i have tried to shop at flo and frankie and have not been helped and been ignored. The staff seem to always be busy playing around re merching the store to able to ask if i needed help. I was in the store for a total of 25 minutes because i had a voucher i needed to spend i wanted to take my time in finding something i liked, if it was not for the voucher i would not be shopping at Flo and Frankie! I asked one of the girls who i approached myself at the counter if they had another candle because the display had dust all over it and she looked like i had caused such an interuption to her day. I have told my friends my experience and they seem to have all had similar experiences while shopping instore. I wont be shopping at Flo and Frankie again because time and time again the staff...

Shocking service and rude manager! Makes me never want to shop here. the manager acted as if they are doing me a favour. We explicitly mentioned the item we were purchasing was a gift and they never told us we could not return it, could not see any visibly signage in store that tells you you cant return for a refund or what their return policy is and then the staff blame you saying its on your receipt AFTER you have already purchased the item! Hoping customer care contacts us because this is not on, money down the drain.

We are stuck with credit to use and unfortunately we dont even want to walk into the store to use it based on the service standards. Feel very judged shopping there and don't...

Lovely clothes and items, Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience with the staff.

The store manager was rude and made me feel unwelcome, I was trying to browse through the clothes ( I had intentions of treating myself while in AKL for the day) she asked me to move out of the way to put clothes away and it seemed like I was a nuisance being in her shop, most other places I have been they will wait until you finish browsing or work in a different section until you have moved.

I'm not sure if it was maybe because I was shopping in active wear and didn't fit the "Newmarket aesthetic" or what the problem was but I decided to leave without purchasing...
