Horrible staff working in here. I experienced many times the liquor store closed. The sign says ask Japan Mart for assistance but they always ask coming back later. Today they asked me to come back in 40mins.

I do understand staff should be able to take their breaks but also Business hours mean your promise to your customers. Either you clearly state when are the break times or have another staff to serve customers back up to serve during business hours even you are taking a break.
