I recently had the pleasure of staying four nights at Hotel Indigo in Auckland, New Zealand. It was a delightful experience from start to finish. Nestled in the heart of the city, this boutique hotel offers a perfect blend of modern design, local culture, and exceptional service (although at the time of this review there wasn’t an onsite restaurant).
As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by its vibrant and artistic decor. Each floor pays homage to the rich cultural heritage of Auckland, with local artwork and design elements that reflect the city’s history and natural beauty. The lobby is cozy and inviting, creating a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
My room was a beautifully appointed space with contemporary furnishings and a comfortable bed that promised a good night’s sleep. The large windows provided stunning views of the city skyline, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a well-stocked minibar, a coffee, tea, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a walk-in shower and high-quality toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my stay.
Hotel Indigo’s central location is a significant advantage. I found myself just a short walk away from popular attractions like the Sky Tower, Viaduct Harbour, and the bustling Queen Street. The hotel is also conveniently situated near public transport options, making it easy to explore further afield.
The level of service at Hotel Indigo was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. From the friendly front desk personnel to the attentive housekeeping team, everyone was genuinely welcoming and eager to assist with any requests or recommendations.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Indigo Auckland was a wonderful experience. The combination of stylish accommodations, excellent dining, and outstanding service made it a standout choice for anyone visiting the city. Whether you’re in Auckland for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Indigo as a home away from home. I look forward to returning on my next visit to this...
