Refrain from this parlour if you want yourself to be respected and have some self esteem. I had taken an appointment prior for waxing and threading as I had to attend a function. They also had confirmed by putting down my name and number. After work, I walked down to the parlour, I was 10mins late. I entered the parlour and asked to wait, I was okay to wait 10-15 mins, so I waited. There were two staff for the services. After me, two more girls walked in and had their eyebrows done whilst I was waiting and wondering why am I not picked up for my services. After 30 mins of my waiting, I asked her politely, when am I getting my eyebrows done, the owner rudely answered me you were late that’s why we picked up highlights for another customer. Then I said, yeah I was 10 mins late and I have waited for more than 30 mins here, and I had taken appointment whilst other are just walking in and getting their services. The most irritating factor is if you guys don’t do appointments, why do you take appointments in the first place? Also why do you take down their numbers when you don’t intend to call the customers if they are late before taking new customers. Such an unprofessional place!!

Also after the tiff, the staff called me at 11 am and apologised for their mistake and said , “you should have called us and said you would be 10 mins late”, it’s your mistake as well!! Look at their guts!! Also the owner didn’t apologise, she put the staff online to talk, you can gauge the level of unprofessionalism!!

Stay away from this parlour!!! I would have negative stars if I could, super super...

Not one to post a negative review as I believe if you don't have a good experience at an establishment don't go again, but the disrespect and treatment my wife received forced my hand. She didn't get seen to until at least 15 minutes in after already changing the time for them. The stylist kept jumping between her and another client, while also dealing with eyebrow walk ins. Obviously a great multitasker, but I thought the idea of paying for a service was to receive the service not an inbetween half assed job. When my wife said she didn't like the make up, the stylist told her to just let her do her job. Very true she is doing her job but completely ignoring what the customer is asking of and what the customer would prefer. After telling the stylist that she would do her own make up, she finished her hair quite aggressively. My wife really had to hold back the tears from the treatment she received, she is not someone who expects a lot and just wanted someone else to do her hair and make up for her wedding. What was something that was meant to alleviate stress became the most stressful part of the day. It's not a nice feeling having your face and makeup in the hands of someone else for such an important day and that person disregarding everything you say and not giving you the full attention. Quite surprised given the positive reviews of this place as well and can only hope this was a horrible blip of a day for them on what was a special day for...

I went for a Brazilian, full legs under arms and face sides wax, I was never provided any baby wipes to have a freshen up before the wax downstairs lucky I showered before coming in, the room was very dirty had dirt marks all over the walls and pillow that was given to rest on, she gave me a compliment and could tell I regularly get a wax as the hair was coming out nicely and asked where I normally go and how much they charge so I tell her I’m out of town why I’ve come in and how much they do charge and in the store there are no prices I could see and she charged me the amount my normal place charges me to find out on the website it was $13 more than what she should have charged me for her services but I had already left unfortunately, my legs were still covered in spots of missed wax which it took me two days to scrub and scratch off in the shower.
