I ordered for uber eats I ordered Kadhai Paneer and roti, but I was extremely disappointed with what I received. There were only 3-4 small pieces of paneer, and the rest was just 200-250g of onions. This was the most disappointing Kadhai Paneer I have ever had. It felt like a complete waste of money. Definitely not ordering from here again!"😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I recently ordered Kadhai Paneer and roti from this restaurant, expecting a flavorful and well-prepared dish. However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. When I opened the container, I was shocked to see that the dish contained only 3-4 small pieces of paneer, while the rest was overloaded with onions—around 200-250 grams of them! This was not what I expected when ordering Kadhai Paneer, which is supposed to have a good balance of paneer, bell peppers, and a rich, spicy gravy.

The dish lacked proper ingredients and felt more like an onion stir-fry than an actual Kadhai Paneer. The quality and taste were equally underwhelming. Instead of a flavorful, well-seasoned curry, all I could taste was onions and a thin, unappetizing gravy. It was evident that the restaurant had tried to cut corners by reducing the paneer quantity and replacing it with excessive onions, which is unacceptable for a dish that is supposed to be centered around paneer.

This experience left me feeling like I had completely wasted my money. When you order from a restaurant, you expect decent quality and quantity, especially when it comes to a popular dish like Kadhai Paneer. If I wanted a plate full of onions, I wouldn’t have paid for a paneer dish! The portion size of the paneer was so disappointing that it barely made a meal. It felt like a clear case of cost-cutting at the expense of customer satisfaction.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good North Indian meal. If this is how they serve their food, I can’t imagine how other dishes would turn out. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and improves its food quality. Until then, I will be avoiding this place and suggesting others do the same. Overall, this was the worst Kadhai Paneer I have ever had, and I regret ordering from here.

Save your money and order from a restaurant that values both quality and customer satisfaction...

I ordered online and got my food in almost 2hrs, the butter chicken was technically soup with little chicken inside, the rice wasn't fresh and even there naan bread was so bland to the taste too, never buying from here again. Look even if the food was late at least make it up by making sure I'm satisfied with the food u guy made but it didnt so it made the situation even worse and it didn't help with my anger of waiting for almost 2hrs, this is my reply because I don't have call credit to call u about the matter, even if the food was late always make sure the food is well made so the customers anger and frustration is satisfied with the wait, what I really want is a full refund because I actually didn't eat all of it, I was so angry I actually thew the whole thing away and ordered Macdonald instead because at least they don't disappoint everytime I order online, I only ordered from u guys because the advertisement of the food looked really fresh and very generous with the portion but i guess that was just for advertisement and nothing else, do better to keep ur customers happy and well satisfied so they can keep ordering from u guys and make ur business successful and not take the easy way out of easily taking people's money just to fill ur pockets and make the food u guys deliver look and taste like rubbish. Make people's money count because we all work hard for it but taking it so easily without honesty in ur work is a slap to our face and make us not want to order from u guys anymore so please do better from now on so this doesn't happen again. Service - Five star + Ordered food (26.11.2023) and by mistake must have ticked takeaway. Waited and then called the place, only to be informed that my ordered was not received. Fully confused I sent the screenshots of the order. The replies were instant, and I was informed that my order was with the K-road outlet and I was calling the Mt. Eden outlet. But instead of directing me to call that outlet, the person on the phone simply told me that I shouldn't worry and I will get my food and that he would coordinate. And within 15 minutes my food was received.

Thanks to Suman who came to deliver my food very late in the night.
