Kebab Time — Local services in Waitematā

This is to kindly inform we just went there to grab some wrap today infact an hour agao and we ordered for chicken fillet wrap that says 3 tender chicken inside only to find out there is only 2 piece of chicken and that too only the coating of the marination. Picture has been attached.

First of all it's very thin slice of chicken, and after it mentions 3 slice on the board, the guy just put 2 out of which one had only the marination part.

Why is the need to cheat like this and play with the customers where in they are in search of food to eat and then we get a surprise with the disaster.

Ridiculous service and the food.. it's utter lie and restaurant people assume that we won't open and see while eating if it's 3 piece or 2 piece... it's like cheating on customers.

No idea if this comment would reach them, but this is not at all accepted and you think making fool with the food would definitely not let you grow.

Highly disappointed wherein the guy was talking so nice but feels like prepared it with stone heart.

The customers should know this, if anyone wants to eat this place is not...

Worst experience! This place used to serve great food with equally great service but this is no longer the case. It's not just a matter of the price hike which I understand is due to small businesses trying to get back on their feet post covid but you can't tell me the quality of food has to be so bad that you can't even eat it. Takeaway also has an additional charge added to it without your knowledge which is deceitful. Please openly communicate this to the customer that you will charge for a paperbag as well rather than just adding the cost - everyone is struggling these days! I am not one to post reviews but I felt I needed to because the food was absolutely disgusting. There was no taste, the meat was beyond recognition and taste - like cardboard, the rice was cold, the chips were brown and bitter due to old oil usage and the meals were a total waste of money and time waiting. First time I ate here was last April 13, 2025. It was during lunch time which I was looking for some food after my speaking exam (IDP-IELTS) and I came to see this Kebab Time, in which I really eating kebab ok rice enjoy back in New Windsor when I order online.

So I tried ordering here and I tried for the first time their Kebab mixed wrap. As time comes to near around 12:30pm, I asked the guy (good-looking guy😍) to have it taken away because my exam was coming, he hurriedly finished my kebab wrap accordingly and I ate it on the exam centre and it tasted so good!

Yesterday (April 30,2025), I went again to the Exam center (IDP-IELTS) to get thr hard copy of my exam result. After that, I went again along the way to Kebab time and I saw this guy(the worker, taller one) who is really handsome and so hot. So again, I tried to order Kebab ok rice. Still everything is great the taste, the freshness and not to mention the hot guy there 😁.
