I just had the worst experience eating here. We accidentally ordered alcoholic margaritas over the non-alcoholic one. We had no idea because when I came here before I ordered the non alcoholic ones, and they gave us a different drink menu. We told them we couldn’t drink it, and we could understand why we had to pay for them (which we did). But I was really concerned because I went with my younger sister who’s 17 years old. And when we ordered alcohol they didn’t ID us. We had to tell them to send the drinks back. When I spoke to the manager about it, her response seemed really ignorant. She said we don’t ID people because of how they look like. And started talking about other race backgrounds looking young or old, which seemed discriminating. Which isn’t a professional response as it is illegal to be serving minors alcohol, or not IDing young adults. Above that, when we told them to take the drinks because we couldn’t drink it due to religious reasons, and so forth. One worker kept saying “are you sure.” It was pretty concerning as we had told her before that we couldn’t drink it due to being young, and because our religion didn’t allow it. So even if she was trying to be nice, it felt as if she was minimising our religious beliefs as she didn’t understand we couldn’t. None of them even apologised for not IDing us. Won’t be coming here again. Highly disappointed with the response from the manager. I get that it was our fault at the end, hence why we paid. But it was the ignorant response from the management. Lacked severe customer service.
