Terrible service. Will not be returning. I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted, and my lashes lifted and tinted. The wax was extremely hot and as soon as she applied it to my eyebrow, I said it was too hot and was burning. She acknowledged my comment but continued to apply the wax irregardless of the excessive temperature. I went on to get my lashes lifted and tinted. A chemical that was applied to my lashes stung my eyes and caused severe irritation. I said to the beautician that it was stinging, and again she acknowledged the comment but did nothing. The stinging in my eyes got so intense I had the urge to rub my eyes, and getting panicked at this stage now as the burning was intense and my eyes kept twitching I had to ask her again that the stinging was abnormal and the chemical had to be removed. She eventually removed the chemical and finished my treatment at that point. Regardless of the poor service I received, and the pain and bloodshot it caused my eyes, I still had to pay full price. I came in yesterday to get the Natural Glam lash extensions and my eye brows done. Was super easy to book online (last minute decision) and was super professional. The lady looked at my eye brows and even though I was booked in for a wax, suggested better results with threading so I agreed to try that instead. Super happy with the results! Same with the lashes, she asked what length I would like and I have never had someone take such care and precision with eye lash extensions before. Most beautiful lashes!! I had a wonderful experience at Love Lashes Beauty Studio, and I am very happy with my results. I had a brow lamination and eyelash extension appointment. Bella made both appointments very comfortable, and she did an excellent job at curating exactly the look I was going for. I was absolutely thrilled with how my lashes looked, just like the reference pictures I had provided! And I really loved my brows, they were shaped super well.
