Tandoori Zaika Resturant / The Hotspot Cafe — Restaurant in Lagos State

It is very unfortunate that I would have to give a business I have patronized for years this sort of review . I placed an order for Naan (two types) yesterday and when it got to me , the naan was CRUNCHY , I mean proper crackers. I sent a video and message to the restaurant because I was surprised at what I had received but it was quite late so there was no response. Fast forward to today , I called to tell them I had left a message because the rep had conveniently not responded at 1pm in the afternoon. Her response was that I should indicate my preference next time ??? and that it was probably cold . Even Naan that stays in the refrigerator does NOT crack into pieces . I have ordered from these people for years and I have NEVER had to specifically ask not to be given CRACKERS in place of Naan . I couldn’t even eat it as it crumbled in my food and completely turned me off . I called immediately to express my displeasure with her responses via text but the lady handling the call was sooo rude , her non chalant messages were even better . At some point , she dropped the phone and started attending to other customers , very intentionally and while I called out to her saying that was not the way to treat a displeased customer , she said she had other people to attend to .Message well received . Ironic how just yesterday I had referred someone’s company to them for takeout for a group of people but I will not allow anyone I know ever go through this sort of treatment for food that they paid for . This is definitely NOT the Hotspot I know . Their customer service has always been so good , there was a time my order was delayed for so long , that the MANAGER/OWNER delivered it by himself and apologized profusely for the wait time . Now I have to deal with a very rude rep and a lot of gaslighting. I will add photos to this review so anyone who comes across this can see and be the judge . Please tell me if the NAAN below can be eaten with anything . If I wanted Doritos , I would’ve just ordered that . This has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I am truly...

I dined at this restaurant for lunch today. The manager is from Pakistan so I told him to decide what they cook best, serve us with that. I was served with chicken Karahi, chilli chicken, fried rice.Butter Naan were baked fully. The green chatni also added chatkhara to our lunch. Every thing was delicious and well cooked. The taste was authentic. Good thing is that they don't serve liquor. Sitting arrangement is not that much big but they managed good according to their resources. Overall it was a good experience. I will definitely go back if I will be looking for Pakistani...
