Burger King Nygata — Restaurant in Oslo

Although I'm not a big fan of fast food, at least not the kind of chains that Burger King serves, it happens more often than I like to admit that I pay a visit to such places. This time I ate lunch. Reviewing the food itself makes no sense. It tastes the same as in all other Burger King outlets, but that is the idea behind the concept. The menu contains mostly burgers, and it seems that Burger King is focusing on chicken because it is offered in an incredible number of varieties. Clean rooms, not many other guests. I am a little surprised that there is no security barrier set up at the checkouts.

Obwohl ich kein großer Fan von Fast Food bin, zumindest nicht die Art von Ketten, die Burger King serviert, passiert es öfter, als ich zugeben möchte, dass ich solche Orte besuche. Diesmal habe ich zu Mittag gegessen. Eine Überprüfung des Essens selbst macht keinen Sinn. Es schmeckt genauso wie in allen anderen Burger King-Filialen, aber das ist die Idee hinter dem Konzept. Das Menü enthält hauptsächlich Burger, und Burger King konzentriert sich anscheinend auf Hühnchen, da es in einer unglaublichen Anzahl von Sorten angeboten wird. Saubere Zimmer, nicht viele andere Gäste. Ich bin ein wenig überrascht, dass an den Kassen keine Sicherheitsbarriere eingerichtet ist.

Selv om jeg ikke er en stor fan av gatekjøkken - mat, i ihvertfall ikke av den typen kjeder som nettopp Burger King serverer, hender det oftere enn jeg liker å innrømme at jeg avlegger slike steder et besøk. Denne gangen spiste jeg lunsj. Å anmelde selve maten gir ingen mening. Den smaker det samme som i samtlige andre Burger King utsalg men det er jo idéen bak konseptet. Menyen inneholder for det meste av burgere, og det virker som Burger King satser på kylling for den tilbys i utrolige mange varianter. Renslige lokaler, ikke mange andre gjester. Jeg er litt overrasket over at det ikke er satt opp sikkerhetsbarriere...

Just your average Burger King. Food is nice, restaurant is clean for what it is, nothing to really complain about.

My main reason of review however comes from the guy that served me, Karol. He was absolutely fantastic at his job, kept everything running smoothly, managed orders and served with a flair that you don't normally see at these kinds of restaurants, commanding over each part of his position.

It is usual Burger King but the employee do not care who is first to serve. First come first serve is not working here. Too bad. The fast food is the same as MacDonald even the price is almost the same. The ingredients the quality the quantity are the same as the MacDonald. The employee however are not quite the best unlike MacDonald. Take away is the best way to visit this actual Burger King. If you like to have table you better visit MacDonald right on the other side...
