UPDATE: It's been over a month and I find it tremendously RUDE that NO ONE IS REPLYING TO ANY OF MY FOLLOW UP EMAILS. Is it TOO difficult to just say you messed up and lost the photographs??? TERRIBLE CLIENT ATTENTION. Matthieu initially replied to my email and then disappeared. No updates, no nothing. The your was good, I don't take back that, Antonia was a nice guide, but I can't believe no one is able to be straightforward with a client that is reaching out to you by email, by phone and by social media. A client that just wanted to PURCHASE a photo that was part of the package that YOU as a company OFFERED. I am totally open to take back this opinion if I get a reply to my emails. The length of the tour is good. For months where it gets dark past 9 they take you to a couple of spots that have nice views of some fjords before it gets dark. I'd suggest starting the tour at least an hour later, trust me that people would like to spend more time actually chasing auroras, yet, the fire, cookies and warm beverages are great. The tour guide was nice and the team seems to communicate in order to have a better chance to see northern lights. However one of the reasons my friends and I booked this trip was because it mentioned that tour guides were experienced photographers and could take pictures of us that we could be purchased afterwards; but even when we took several pictures, they never appeared available on their site for purchase, so I contacted them via Instagram and via email and replied only one day to say they were going to check it out. It's been more than two weeks after the tour and I have not yet heard back from them with any updates. If the photos got lost ou/r something happened I'd understand, but now even taking a minute to say anything nor replying seems rude and disappointing. Hope we can have a response soon so I can better update this Google review.

I went on a tour with Matthieu and Enter Adventures yesterday to chase the Northern Lights. The weather in Tromsø was very overcast, so we had to drive a while to get the perfect location, but once we did somehow the guide knew it was a special place. We went out and for the first few hours we had slight activity, but around 22 when the bonfire was lit, someone must’ve turned on a button because the whole sky lit up with beautiful lights in all colors dancing across the starry sky. What an incredible sight to witness! We were provided thermal suits and boots to stay warm in -17C, was cooked delicious food, hot drinks and amazing photographies. The guide is incredibly passionate about his field and knowledgeable about the area. It is more pricey, but everything is included, it’s a smaller more private minibus and definitely worth paying a bit more for. High value for money and I would definitely go many more times! Best Aurora Hunt in Tromsø!

One word… MAGICAL! Pablo and Claudia managed expectations from the start and made no promises due to the nature of and unpredictability of the northern lights. The first spot we went to, we were able to see some faint lights. After a while, they told us we were moving and what we saw with our eyes when we got to the 2nd spot was nothing short of a miracle. The lights danced for us for the rest of the night. As people walked off the bus I heard gasps. I know these northern lights are unpredictable. However, if it wasn’t for our guided making the decision to move, we wouldn’t have had this once in a lifetime experience that so many of us have on our bucket list! Thank you, Pablo, Claudia, and to our bus driver Greg for keeping us warm, safe, and entertained!

Disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend paying €100 to chase the Northern Lights. We saw nothing. If you're interested, rent a car and follow them—they typically start around 6 PM from Tromsø. They served a poor excuse for hot chocolate—just watery cacao. It would have been nice if they had warmed milk over the fire instead. Our guide, Diego from Argentina, was cool and tried to lift the mood, but most of the group, who were older, ended up falling asleep. It was raining, the sky was completely cloudy, and despite it being clear there was no chance of seeing the lights, the guide kept us waiting until midnight. It felt like they were just trying to stretch out the tour to justify the price. It would have been much better if they had admitted it wasn't a good night and offered a free rebooking, like other companies do. The company is run by French operators, and it lacked soul— The driver, although talkative, always directed us to the guide whenever we asked her something, as if her only role was to drive. They also asked if we preferred a bus or a private minivan, which was double the price. I chose the bus, and then they told us there were fewer clients that night, so only the minibus was running for the bus price, which made me feel like they had trapped me into almost paying double for no...
