Bought trolls postcards as souvenirs on 18 Oct evening, stamps are separatedly sold at cashier. Was told that I have to mail the postcard myself by one staff initially but another young male staff told me that they could mail it for me when I asked to confirm the directions of where the post office was before leaving the shop. He took the postcard away and slot it at the cashier area, told me once again that they would mail for me. I was quite puzzled but with his assuring smile, I thanked him and left. I separatedly mailed other postcards at the post office myself the next day as I could only obtain the addresses then. However till today, the postcard that the staff claimed that they would help to mail has not been received, while the other postcards that I separated mailed at the post office has already been received. Came to this store several times mainly for the tour excursions.

Inside we booked 2 northern light tours with Northern Lights Safari with Vinjar as our tour guide both days. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience. Vinjar really cared and is a professional. He was so patient and truly worked hard for us to get some sitings and amazing pictures. To be able to adapt with the weather and chart readings is a skill that must take a lot of experience to hone.
