This hotel experience was a mixed bag. The property is very nice, although the area isn’t the greatest. Communication from the owner to her employees in charge is very poor. Breakfast availability was poor to non-existent. Amenities were lacking: one bath towel for 2 people and no bath soap. We were accommodated in a third/fourth floor apartment without heat and lots of stairs. On a positive note, the decor of the property is beautiful but hard to enjoy when you are shivering...

The best place we stayed in Cusco. We got the very top "department" to ourselves. There's 4 room (we used 3), full kitchen, living room, 3 bath (we used 2). They have stocks of water bottles (s-xl size) to purchase, no need to haul it across town. The staff are so friendly. They provided portable heaters.
