Been here twice for the beautiful breakfast (and so cheap compared to other places near by! ) Eggs, avocado and tomatoes on real wholemeal toast (ham as well if you're not veggie like me), with jam and butter on toast to start, a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice AND a cup of coffee for only 17Sol (£3.65). All beautifully made and not small portions either! Plus lovely...

Card in Spanish and English for foreigners. A bit of noise from the nearby road, but not much. You will be perfectly able to have a conversation here. Oh, and it's cheap compared to other places closer to Plaza de Armas. Very...
