Overall, the experince was decent, but the menu is pricey. The restaurant is like Marugame Udon, you get a platter and tell the servers what you want to put on your plate. So choose before lining up, so you can avoid inconveniencing the servers and other customers. If you're planning to eat with a group, I would advise to go there earlier than usual because there is not much space in this branch.

I ate 4 pieces (solo) of the Golden Fried Chicken with plain rice, two Cheese Sticks, and half of the Original Burger that my sister couldn't finish. The Golden Fried Chicken was nice, crunchy on the outside and juicy-soft (like it was melting) on the inside, but I didn't like how small the pieces were. The Cheese Sticks were okay, however, I didn't expect how filling the half of my sister's Original Burger was. I am able to eat a lot of food, but the Original Burger suprisingly made me full in a good way. Be careful when eating the Original Burger since the sauce drips. The restaurant offered drinks but we went for the self-serve free water that was slightly cool.

I was with my family of 5 and we ended up with a bill worth 2450, which was discounted from 2600 because of my sister's PWD. We were satisfied, but the price wouldn't encourage us to go back. I might try the chicken burger value meal that is 200 whenever I'm hungry...

FOOD Me and my partner ordered their Golden Fried Chicken and Country Style Burger. For me, both were excellent. The food was newly cooked when it was served to us. The Golden chicken was perfectly fried, crispy and the best part is that it's so juicy. For me, the taste is balanced but my partner said it was too bland for her taste. The burger is the same, juicy, served hot and the pattie was thick. I believe it would be best if they can have an option to have a sauce for their chicken coz there's none.

SERVICE It took 25 mins for the food to be served but that's ok since it's being cooked upon order. The staff were courteous and very helpful.

ATMOSPHERE The place was clean and plays KPOP music. It's not too loud like in other restaurants. The place is a little bit cramped for me.

Overall, the dining experience is fair. Will definitely come back if there's a chance...

I had my first taste of BB.Q Chicken in Orlando, Florida and I had a great time. Given that experience, I had high hopes when we visited BB.Q Chicken in SM Megamall.

Overall, I loved it. The flavors in every dish we ordered were spot on, and I can honestly say it’s the best Korean fried chicken (in terms of flavors) I’ve had in the metro. Their pickled radish is also a standout and a must-try!

However, I was a bit disappointed with the fried chicken itself. It wasn’t freshly cooked; they simply added the coating to the pre-cooked chicken which made the batter quite hard to eat.

With the prices on the menu, I’d say not all of it feels worth it.

Will I come back? Definitely. But next time, I’ll probably choose a BB.Q Chicken location that offers more of a sit-down dining experience instead of a...

The chicken was decent, but the portion size didn't match the price (we got the solo golden). Unfortunately, the other dishes felt like they were from different weekend market stalls. Service could use some work I like that they asked for any allergens - we were first in line but got overlooked (they use a tray system and ours was empty). When we spoke up, I ordered 1 solo (4-part chicken) and tried to add another, but was told we couldn't. I asked why, and the response was "Na out na po kasi." Pretty odd. The tables were a bit small for 2 trays, and I noticed several people spilling their water. The place looks nice, but it doesn't make up for the food experience. We spent 1299 in all, see the photos and be the judge of it.

Solid korean fried chicken with a lot of flavors to pick from. We tried the Golden Fried and Crunchy Butter flavored, one rose tteokbokki, bulgogi kimbap, cheese stick. The chicken tastes good with crispy skin and juicy insides. I enjoyed the chicken but was holding back my review because of how much it is. It is definitely on the pricey side of chicken joints in the ph, but it's nice to be able to try the food we see in kdramas. If you are not a kdrama fan I don't think it would mean much to you. The sides were nothing special and a bit costly to be honest. Service is a bit slow in the chicken section because only one person is preparing it so we had to wait a while when the person infront of us ordered three duo boxes.
