The online platform seems nice and they give loads of information plus advice. The site is quite easy to use loads of graphs. Security looks above standard but the platform would be much easier to use on a mobile app.....

After a few months of using the Revix platform i noticed some stuff that I did not like. I bought an amount of USD coin and put it into savings. So what I have noticed is when I bought these coins they took a 1% fee and when I sold them they took another 1% fee with that they take another 2.5% fee if you withdraw, and I did not like all these (not clear and maybe fine print fees) fees and it seems like they subtract a hidden fee (1% per coin) on which you do not have a say. It looks like when you want to sell your coins their website have a stated amount on these coins but when you want to sell they have a different amount per coin (I asked how this works and was told they use multiple sources to get me best price). So I got to withdraw all my funds and then Revix sent me an personal Ts and Cs that goes like this "We’re contacting you to let you know that we’re making changes to your user agreements that will come into effect immediately". My initial impressions about this platform have changed. Not only has the stable coin "promotion" ended (so 12% r/a has now been dropped to 7%) but you also get hit with a 1% fee just to start your investment (so effectively 7% becomes 6%). I have subsequently decided to withdraw my funds, but wait, you first need to unlock and then sell your product investment before you can even access your funds. That means yet another 1% fee (and a 24 hour waiting period). But that's not all folks. To actually withdraw your funds you get hit with another R50 fee. So yeah, call me old school, but I'll rather stick with good old EFTs and unit trusts.

Edit: just in response to my "misinformation" - my funds were locked in for well over 30 days and yet I was still charged a 1% fee (not for unlocking the vault, but for selling - which you need to do if you intend to withdraw your funds). And secondly, when I purchased Stable coin (which you have to do in order to lock it in the vault), I was charged a 1% fee right off the bat. There's no...
