I recently had the pleasure of staying at StayEasy Century City for work.
Customer Service: The customer service was impeccable. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. They were always ready to assist with a smile, ensuring that every need was met promptly and efficiently.
Food: The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes like eggs and bacon. Everything was well-prepared and delicious, making it a great start to the day. The coffee was also notably good, which is always a plus!
Atmosphere and Aesthetic: The hotel's atmosphere is modern and relaxed. The decor is stylish yet understated, with clean lines and a fresh, contemporary feel. The common areas are spacious and well-lit, providing a comfortable space to relax or work.
Vibe: The overall vibe of StayEasy Century City is vibrant and welcoming. It strikes a perfect balance between business and leisure, making it an ideal choice for both work trips and vacations. There’s a sense of calm and order, yet it feels lively and dynamic at the same time.
Room: The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and the room was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which is always a big plus.
Overall, my stay at StayEasy Century City was fantastic. The combination of excellent customer service, delicious food, modern aesthetics, I would highly recommend.

Read moreHaven't stayed here in some time and what a welcome escape from the bustling of Canal Walk's army of shoppers! Walked in without a reservation and helped immediately with minimal paperwork, friendly informative information on things to do, options for dinner, and WiFi details along with a "room service" option from a close-by kitchen catering home cooked South African dishes that I can order from my room. Room was somewhat more spacious than most standard budget accommodation properties. Larger flat screen TV with 16+ satellite channels, airconditioning and heating, ample lighting options, windows with block out curtains, couch and working desk, coffee and tea facilities, and cupboard space for hanging clothes. The bathroom was well designed for the small space it occupies with a basin, large shower and seperate toilet. Bonus points for making guests aware of water saving techniques and awareness. Reception was always helpful and wanting to help in any way they could. The owner/GM of the hotel was everpresent, along with his deputy, ensuring hands on management and awareness of guest's needs. Breakfast comes standard with the room. Lovely outside terrace to sit and relax, pool with sun liungers and umbrellas will also help you forget you are in the centre of a shopping mekka next to one of the country's busiest roads (N1). Read moreNot a great hotel. Rooms are very small and bathrooms even smaller. Also carpets are dirty and dusty. I was particularly upset with housekeeping. I left my room at 9am and saw them on the floor, right outside my room actually. Went to have the not so good breakfast (runny scrambled eggs and dry bacon) and returned 30min later. I noticed the towels were taken as well as a pillowcase from one of the pillows. I decided to leave and give housekeeping a chance to clean, I returned at 2pm (5 HOURS LATER) to find my room still not serviced! I proceeded to get ready for my event and housekeeping knocked on my door, wanting to service my room then. Told them to return to my room at 5pm when I have left. Needless to say they never came back but instead lied to the manager saying they came at 5:15pm and u was “in the room”. My transfer to my event was at my hotel at 16:30pm.
