Went here for a Gatsby. I really think they need to remove this item from there menu. I ordered a Russian Gatsby with BBQ sauce and BBQ SPICE. I received a gross stodgy roll, with refried chips(you could taste, they actually refried this), one vienna, not a russian, sliced up so many times, it was like slivers of russian. The worst part of it all was they did not place bbq sauce on this Gatsby, just tartare sauce. LOADS OF IT, it was a TARTARE SAUCE GATSBY. That whole gatsby went to the bin, the smell was so strong of tartare sauce. I will never be back here, I even got lip from the counterhand "they cannot take it back" she said. I got the feeling as it was late, they just made me a gatsby with what they had going...

Poor quality of food served. I purchased a Russian Gatsby, which I waited 30 minutes for. Upon recieving it, the roll was extremely cold, like it had been refrigerated. Whicj was confirmed by your staff member, Yandiswa. When purchasing a hot meal, any customer would expect the meal to be hot and not straight out of the fridge. It is completely unacceptable and I am disappointed that you and your staff feel comfortable serving such food.

When I requested a refund I was told this could only be done tomorrow?!

Ordered 2 x fish and 2 x chips through Uber Eats. Was pleasantly surprised that it arrived so hot, however it was terrible. The fish was so overcooked it was almost biltong fish and full of bones. Will not be ordering from this...
