Bluebird Shopping Centre may not be the biggest shopping destination out there, but it certainly has its charm. The shopping centre has a cozy and intimate feel that makes it a pleasant place to shop. It's perfect for those who want to avoid the crowds and hustle and bustle of larger malls.
While Bluebird Shopping Centre may not have as many stores as some of the bigger shopping centres, it still has a good variety of shops to choose from. You'll find everything from clothing stores to beauty salons and cafes. The stores are well-stocked, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
The dining options at Bluebird Shopping Centre are also quite good. While there may not be as many restaurants as larger malls, the ones that are there offer tasty and affordable meals. The cafes offer a cozy atmosphere and a good selection of baked goods and beverages.
The amenities at Bluebird Shopping Centre are sufficient but not outstanding. The restrooms are clean, but there are not as many as you might expect. The parking area is not huge, but it is well-maintained. The shopping centre is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus.
One of the things that sets Bluebird Shopping Centre apart is its charm. It has a unique character that is missing from larger shopping centres. The interior is decorated with tasteful artwork and plants, giving the mall a warm and inviting feel.
Overall, Bluebird Shopping Centre is a decent shopping destination. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of larger malls, it has its own charm and is worth a visit if you're looking for a more intimate...
Read more21 August 2025 my fiance and I went to Yamada sushi for a late lunch. I have posted my review on that. I mean come on, the security did nothing. The gentlemen were allowed into Woolworths where children are walking around, then found themselves at Yamada and eventually left, not a thing mentioned. Today (22 August) I tried numerous times to contact the centre management company to lay an official complaint, as clearly the managers of all the shops have no emergency training to deal with these types of situations, and guess what no response. Guess weekends start early for them or they just don't care about the safety of their customers. Such a shame as its convenient but I no longer...
Read moreOff Corlett drive, easy to access, love the ample parking space, It's my 1 stop shop for everything- Woolies, Checkers, A Pet store, Nedbank and STD Bank ATM's (although you can simply withdraw cash from Checkers tills).
There's also a family GP upstairs, a dentist, Sushi restaurant, and Gym. Downstairs has a few other restaurants including the infamous Fournos Bakery. Below ground level is a barber, bookstore, Printing service- JetLine E and even a mini coffee spot.
It's a lovely, unassuming get away from home spot, after shopping treat yourself to lunch or dinner, or even turn it into date with your partner or even a girlfriend, without breaking the bank.
Oh and did I mention the hard to ignore...
