A shocking experience at EMIS Myeongdong on October 23rd. I was trying on a pink cap on the 2nd floor, looking in the mirror while discussing colors with my partner. A female staff with long hair approached and demanded "You buy?" twice in a rude manner. Before I could even process this, she took the cap away without saying anything and hanged it back . I told her that I was still trying it on. Her only response was to claim we "cannot bring it to 1F" - the thing is we were standing infront of the mirror which is far away from the stairs and we showed no intention/gesture of bringing it down. She offered no apology for her aggressive behavior. I purchased the cap at the counter and reported the incident. While the counter staff apologized, the damage was done. Management needs to address this unacceptable customer treatment. I advise caution when visiting this store.

The attitude of the female clerk at the counter on the right during the night shift on 25/5/17 was extremely bad. She was unfriendly and impatient to tourists. Her service attitude needs to be improved. I hope your company can strengthen employee training.
