I called into this amazing shop while I was on holiday in Tenerife and spoke to the manager who was very helpful and friendly, I decided to go back to the shop the day before I was travelling home back to the Uk. When I got there the Lady there was also friendly and helpful, but we had trouble communicating as my Spanish is not great, she rang the manager Antonio who I had previously spoken too and he came into the store to help me on his day off as he speaks great English, he was so knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely recommend a visit to the shop , I will definitely be visiting again the next time I’m back...

5* service from Antonio at LCDH Tenerife. Really a great store with plenty of choice, including some nice aged cigars from 2013/2014. I asked to smoke one of my purchases on their terrace (Partagas D5) and Antonio personally selected my cigars and escorted me to the terrace - via the bar, so I could enjoy my Cuban in the sun with a Havana 7. They even offered me use of the client humidor to keep my cigars in while I'm on a 10 day trip in Tenerife as I have no humidor at the hotel, you don't get service like this anywhere else! Was looking for a cigar specialist close to me online and La Casa Del Habanp was the first one that came up. After doing a little bit of research I went in and was more than impressed with the range they had. Not being the most knowledgeable on cigars myself, general manager Antonio led me through some wonderful information on the different types of cigars, strengths and history of cigars.
