An interesting experience, not the best of customer service however I was able to purchase a watch cheaper than UK retail / duty free price.

An okay range of watches and jewellery , good selection of decent and fair prices even at their price tag.

The salesman was eager to sell me the watch even offering a discount of 70 euros. Box came with papers, box and all the bits and bobs , a legit and real watch. Would have been better if he offered to ask if i wanted to try at the start to help sell it better, and when I did try would have been nice to shown me how to wear it and more information on it.

Luckily , I’ve done research before hand on a watch I’ve been looking forward...

I have been to Teneriffe on Holiday for the last 4 years, and always go in for a chat with the staff that work there as they are so friendy and amazing, i have bought a replacement wedding Ring from there and they had to resize if for me twice in a week while i was on Holiday nothing was too much trouble for them. Then on my last visit i was looking for a new Chain Jax showed me lots of the ones i was interested in , he was not pushie at all , and in fact said that the cheapest out of the the ones i was looking at looked best on me.If you get time go check them out would 100% reccomendn them and i cannot wait to go bak in March to see what i can get...

I went in looking for a very particular handwriting instrument from Montblanc. They told me that they had it but in their other shop, when I offered to go there they proposed to bring it to the one I was at the next day instead.

So far, so good, except from the fact that when I made the trip the next day I came to find that they had in fact sold it off over the internet.
