Really bad experience unfortunately. Don’t often leave reviews unless really good or really bad. Unfortunately this was bad. It was perhaps a sign when we were the only couple eating. The garlic prawns were cooked ok but totally bland. No effort to infuse the garlic oil and garlic under cooked. I had garlic fillet steak and my husband has chicken curry. Neither of us finished our meals. My fillet steak came out as little pieces but was basically stewed steak. Asked for side of sautéed garlic potatoes and they were basically bland potatoe wedges. My husband had chicken curry, the sauce was ok but the chicken was far from fresh. He said it was like chewing rubber. The rice which came as a side was gloppy. On the up side he said the salad was ok. Whilst sat eating the staff was unprofessional laughing and joking. Not once did anybody ask if everything was ok. When they finally did take away our half eaten plates, my husband pointed out how horrific the chicken was to the unprofessional staff member responded with “oh”. Didn’t bother to ask why i had left half of mine. Zero enthusiasm to enquire about our experience. We just quickly paid and left at this point. There are many quality restaurants in the area but we would strongly recommend to avoid this place...

I ordered a medium-rare ribeye steak. When it came out I was suspicious by how dark it looked, but thought it might just have been well-seared on the outside. The waiter disappeared immediately, before I could cut into it, and didn't return.
It was not medium-rare, it wasn't medium, it was well-done bordering burnt. The meat was also completely unseasoned. There was zero salt or pepper used before or during cooking.
I complained when the waiter finally, finally, returned, and he explained that it depends on the heat of the grill and how long it is cooked for... umm yeah... that's what cooking is?!?! He apologised.
After the waiter apologised I expected they would perhaps offer a dessert, or a free drink, or maybe even discount the steak. Nope. Nothing. I paid the full price for the worst steak I have ever been served in a restaurant.
If they had made some kind of effort to make up for the poor food I would be a lot more generous in my assessment. I worked in food service for many years and of course I understand mistakes are made... but when they are, the onus is on the restaurant to make up for it. They did nothing except ask for €€€.
The waiter was nice, the ribs were good, the garlic prawns were good and the children's mini steak and chips were all good.
But the bad steak PLUS doing nothing to make up for it ruined the meal and the experience.
I would avoid this place until they either improve the cooking or at least begin to offer compensation when they mess up. Muy decepcionante. Arruinó la tarde.
Pedí un chuletón a punto menos/al punto. Cuando llegó, me pareció extraño por lo oscuro que se veía, pero pensé que quizás solo estuviera bien sellado por fuera. El camarero desapareció inmediatamente, antes de que pudiera cortarlo, y no volvió.
No estaba a punto menos, no estaba a punto, no estaba a media hecho, estaba demasiado hecho, casi quemado. La carne también estaba completamente sin sazonar. No había nada de sal o pimienta usados antes o durante su cocción.
Me quejé cuando el camarero finalmente regresó, y él explicó que depende del calor de la parrilla y del tiempo de cocción... umm sí... ¡¿eso es cocinar?! Se disculpó.
Después de que el camarero se disculpara, esperaba que quizás ofrecieran un postre, o una bebida gratis, o tal vez incluso un descuento en el filete. Nada. Nada de eso. Pagué el precio completo por el peor chuletón que me han servido en un restaurante.
Si hubieran hecho algún tipo de esfuerzo para compensar la mala comida, sería mucho más generoso en mi valoración. Trabajé en el servicio de alimentos durante muchos años y, por supuesto, entiendo que se cometan errores... pero cuando ocurren, la responsabilidad recae en el restaurante para compensarlo. No hicieron nada excepto pedir €€€.
El camarero era agradable, las costillas estaban buenas, las gambas al ajillo estaban buenas y el mini steak con papas para niños también estaban bien.
Pero el mal chuletón MÁS no hacer nada para compensarlo arruinó la comida y la experiencia.
Evitaría este lugar hasta que mejoren la cocina o al menos comiencen a ofrecer compensación cuando...

On entry we were advised that the portions were huge so two of our party opted for the Salmon and two for their sirloin steak. We ordered one medium and one well done with a mushroom sauce. Both steaks were very tough and not cooked as we had asked and no sauce either. When complaining we received nothing more than a casual under their breath 'sorry' . We sent the meat back less than half eaten and still no attempt was made to offer a solution or a replacement. 2-3 minutes to chew each mouthful, not good at all. 79 Euros for 4 drinks and 4 main courses. Not at all good value either. Lesson learned. I'm told 'the Salmon wasn't too bad'. Restaurant looks great, food not so good. Oh and tax not included in the menu prices.
