Truly amazing. For a traveler like myself (i.e, no allergies, eats everything, doesn’t speak at Spanish), this experience felt like eating and watching a magic trick all at the same time— I was thoroughly impressed by every single course they brought up. They were so kind— there was no menu and I did not do my research beforehand on what to eat so I just shrugged and showed them a picture of the fideua I saw on their Google review that I wanted to try, and after that they just served me course after course (he did tell me it was 4 course - i ended up getting more 😛 it was the most amazing dessert). I also had no idea how much it would cost (but since I was alone, I took a chance anyway!).

Food ok, but the place itself is very shabby, spiderwebbed, broken floor, broken toilet and generally not very inviting ambient. And the table, one of these foldable garden thingies, broke, posing a serious risk to our stay. Service is good. Prices a bit high for this kind of “luxury”! Not recommended until they fix this place!

A local tour guide recommended this restaurant for authentic alicante food away from the tourist traps. We didn’t have a reservation, so we had to wait for 30 minutes. While we were waiting Antonio, the owner offered us beer. The wait was well worth it. We were sat, the food kept coming and we happily tasted all the local delicacies. The meal consisted of several courses that included dessert and coffee with a local dessert wine. Our favorite was a a sweet tomato dish that was served as an appetizer, I can’t remember the name. The sangria and arroz were perfection. Our server (the niece) was very attentive and courteous. She shared local information and many tips. It was a...
