Excellent service, great selection, and 100% honest and transparent pricing. I bought at least half dozen Rolex's from Raul and Henry. I bought several all yellow gold men's and ladies Rolex from here and even though Raul didn't have the Day Date 40 with the dial color I wanted (silver roman), he got it from his other stores within just a day. Henry was also very helpful last time I wanted an all Rose Gold ladies datejust with a particular dial he also got it for me. I was only in town for 3 days and he got it rushed to the store so I could buy it in time for my wife. Much appreciate the service. Also one time I told Raul I was coming into town and I wanted to buy a datejust with a particular dial, and I was only going to be in town for a couple of days. Raul made it happen again. But word to the wise, as good of a customer as I am, don't be asking for discounts or to ship it or whatever non-sense you're thinking. Use your common sense, treat them with respect, pay their asking price, and be a good customer, and in return Raul and Henry will do what is within their power. Keep in mind they are not making these Rolex's themselves, they are simply the authorized dealer, so don't think you can go in and ask for Steel Daytona or Pepsi and they will sell it. I don't even bother asking for these items even though I bought many all gold pieces from them because I know their hard to get. Follow their rules, respect their wish, and you will have pleasant...

I was in the store yesterday and wanted to buy a Rolex. The seller was very rude and lied to me. I wanted to try on the watch in the shop window and if it fit, I would have bought it. The seller told me the watch had already been sold. Then why is it still in the shop window including the price??? Such unprofessional behavior! The salesman didn't want to sell me anything just because I came into the store wearing shorts and a T-shirt. I felt very discriminated against. good service and advice! yesterday i bought my first rolex watch here, the manager Raul helped me very well. I necessarily wanted a jubilee bracelet on my new rolex watch, but the watch in the display did not have this specific bracelet, so Raul called with another shop of Ideal in Tenerife and within half an hour there was a jubilee bracelet for my watch.
