Service was initially pleasant and the drinks arrived swiftly after being seated. The food has much to be desired, however. The steak was coated in so much salt the taste was overpowering and all else on the football sized plate was a few slithers of watery pepper. Our table ordered a few dishes and the general consensus was the main courses were horrible.
Don’t bother ordering the bread because it costs €8 and you’d have to hit it with a brick to get it open. It does come with butter but not in a dish like you’d expect, just a small carton that you’re miraculously meant to stretch for three pieces of bread.
Service after the meal was abysmal - our waiter initially began collecting dishes whilst one of our party were clearly still eating and upon realising she hastily placed the dishes down and grunted “oh you’re not finished yet?”.
After asking for the bill, and I’ll admit this may have been a little annoying - I added up each of our groups purchases to split the bill and added a bit of a tip on each portion. Whilst I was working this out the waitress was standing there huffing and puffing, muttering “Jesus Christ” and the like under her breath. Once finished and paid she looked up from her card machine and said “have a nice life” and walked off.
Much like other reviews here suggest, find somewhere else - there’s plenty of places with better quality food and service at a lower price. The atmosphere isn’t even worth it - unless you like being directly under UV...
Read moreCame here with my partner lastnight, came around half an hour before they stopped serving food. At first the service seemed really pleasant. They set the table last minute and let us order. Bought out very watery strawberry daiquiris, mine had no alcohol and literally just stated like a watery slush. The food came out, my partners chicken was bland, expected atleast chips as a side because it was a meal. granted I didn’t say I wanted my burger well done the first time around, but I was accepting of that but they were happy to put it back onto the grill without me asking. Came out the exact same as it went in, completely pink in the middle. Chips were awful too. I was fed up at this point so I waited for my partner to finish his drink when the waiter came over and said ‘what’s wrong now’ which I deemed quite rude. I said the food is still not well done, I don’t want it correcting, would just like the bill. They bought it over, 55 euros for 2 meals we barely touched with drinks too watery to enjoy/finish. Avoid avoid avoid, prime steak house on the balcony opposite hard rock do lovely meals, you can’t go wrong and their...
Read more🔹 Service: The waitress, Adela, was extremely rude and visibly annoyed at every request we made. From the start, it felt like we were a burden just for being there. Basic courtesy and attention were seriously lacking.
🔹 Food: The food was average at best, definitely overpriced for the quality. Nothing stood out, and it didn’t match the atmosphere or the expectations set by the venue.
🔹 Show: The dinner show felt disorganized.. just a series of solo performances with awkward pauses in between. No flow, no clear story, and not much cohesion. That said, huge credit to the guitar/violin musician and the acrobat (the one that looked like Tarzan) they were phenomenal and truly saved the night. Their talent deserves a much better stage and setup.
🔹 End of the night: After the show ended, we sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for the check. No one approached us, and we eventually had to go to the entrance to pay ourselves.
🚫 Overall, I do not recommend this place. The performers were the only redeeming part of the evening, but the poor service and chaotic management ruined...
