I had a very disappointing experience at this Dior store. Yesterday came in ready to purchase a pair of sneakers for €1000 and expected at least a basic level of customer service.
First, after showing the model I wanted to try, the sales associate checked and told me they didn’t have my size. That’s understandable, but what I found shocking was the complete lack of alternatives or effort to assist me further. She didn’t suggest another color, a similar model, or even check what else they had in stock—I had to ask everything myself.
At no point was I offered a drink; I had to request champagne myself since it was my birthday.
When I tried the sneakers, they were too big, so I asked for a smaller size. Again, the response was just, “We don’t have it,” with no follow-up options—no offer to help me find the right fit with a different model, no suggestions at all. It felt like I had to pull every bit of information out of her.
Then, I wanted to see another color that wasn’t on display. She agreed to bring it but told me she had an appointment in 7 minutes and would have to leave. Seriously? No offer to have another staff member assist me, no effort to ensure a seamless experience.
In the end, I decided to order a smaller size, but instead of helping me place the order, she casually suggested I just buy them online myself. The fact that a luxury store could deliver such an unprofessional and dismissive experience is beyond frustrating.
I did end up ordering the sneakers online by myself, but I’ve never experienced service this poor at a high-end boutique. If this is the level of customer care they provide, they might as well not have a physical...
Read moreI visited the store right before Christmas and had a fantastic experience. My family and I were greeted very kindly. We were paired with Rabah who was absolutely attentive. He didn’t make me feel rushed at all. He provided me options all while serving us beverages. They even held my purchase while we were sightseeing. It was a great experience in my opinion and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a great experience with Dior. And even though I live in a totally different country, I’d still contact Rabah to make my purchases because he’s shown me that he has attention to detail and he does it while being kind and charismatic. Thank you Rabah for taking great care of us.
I also want to add that although I was not dressed in any designer wear, I was treated very kindly. I actually stated that I was there to smell the perfumes. Rabah not only helped me with narrowing my options but he also packaged my purchase just beautifully. I had a great time chatting with him about the artisans who are part of the Lady Dior stories. It was like catching up with an old friend. Dior, take care of Rabah. He knows how to treat all customers...
Read moreVery unprofessional, unethical, arrogant and racists staff.
Only by the language we spoke between us saleswoman switched from accented Spanish to even more accented Russian and told: „you don’t need to spend 2 hours choosing anything, cause we anyways won’t sell anything to Russian speaking tourists, you better leave“.
No one asked do we even travel to Russia, where do we live and what documents do we have in which status we permanently live in EU. Without asking anything about our place of residence or asking to sign any declaration of no intention to bring the goods to RF as it is required by company code and EU sanctions.
But since more than 10 years we didn’t travel to Russia, in the Dior profile we have our home address in Austria, we live permanently and pay all our taxes in Austria, and having offices of our company in several European capitals.
This is a deep shame to Dior to keep such racist staff in team and allow such racist internal propaganda.
You have to comply EU sanctions without inventing...
