Full Review: Fantastic Shopping Experience at FCBotiga Barcelona! âââââ
Review: I recently had the pleasure of visiting FCBotiga Barcelona before xmas, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with friendly smiles and excellent customer service.
The variety of merchandise available was astounding. Whether you're a die-hard Barcelona fan or simply appreciate quality sports gear, this store has it all. From jerseys, scarves, and caps to mugs, keychains, and even autographed memorabilia, they cater to every fan's needs. The quality of the products is top-notch, and I was delighted to find unique and exclusive items that I couldn't find anywhere else.
The layout of the store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. The staff members were knowledgeable and passionate about the club, and they went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect items. They were also patient with my questions and provided valuable insights into the team's history and current players.
Another aspect that impressed me was the reasonable pricing. Despite being an official store of one of the world's most renowned football clubs, the prices were fair and competitive. It's evident that FCBotiga Barcelona cares about their fans and wants to provide them with affordable merchandise.
Moreover, the store has a vibrant and lively atmosphere, with walls adorned with images and memorabilia of Barcelona's greatest moments. It truly feels like a shrine for football enthusiasts, and stepping inside fills you with a sense of excitement and pride.
Overall, my experience at FCBotiga Barcelona was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to all Barcelona fans and football lovers. Don't miss out on this treasure trove of official merchandise and unforgettable memorabilia. #FCBotiga #Barcelona #FootballFanatics #OfficialMerchandise #Memorabilia âœđ”đŽđŻ

Read moreI tried to just go to the FCB shop â no exhibition, no photos. Just to buy an FCB shirt near the Sagrada Familia. It ended up being a horrible experience: despite telling the assistant I just wanted to enter the store, she was rude and said that the entrance was on the other way. When I tried to move on without having to take a picture with the Champions League trophy, I had to go behind another assistant, otherwise I would have passed in front of other people's photos. Very angrily she said, "I'm here!" Seriously? And I just wanted to be there: in the FCB shop! Is it really impossible, in this FCB shop, to avoid interacting with the assistants who aren't at all interested in what the visitor wants? And who are even aggressive towards them. A little sales training would be advisable, wouldn't it? In this case, I just wanted to buy an FCB shirt and leave... 2 minutes... 100 eur. Just it. I'll have to buy a shirt from...
   Read moreThey called me chong.
Service was fine except some racists. On 24th Oct, between 13:00~14:00, I purchased uniform with printed my name. But some male staffs put and said âchongâ between my name, and they laughed at my back. And I stared them, they stopped laughing. But after few seconds later, when I looked them again, they were still laughing but without any sounds.
At that time, I didnât notice anything but bad feeling, because I am unfamiliar with word âchongâ, (actually, I never heard this kind word to me.) but I got a bad feeling because they laughed at my back.
After shopping, I remembered that chong was a racism word and I got very upset. Because of this experiecne, I donât want to visit here again, NEVER, and also added extremely bad feeling to BCN and FC barcelona itself. If you want to improve your service really best, you may try to avoid hiring racist, especially for the...
