Harmony Serviced Residences Eixample — Local services in Barcelona

This review is long overdue. I was initially undecided at first between Harmony Serviced Residences and a similar establishment. But upon emailing Sabina, I saw how clear and consistent she was with communicating with me. She patiently answered all my questions and concerns. This solidified my decision to stay at Harmony Serviced Residences and I can honestly say that the experience I had there exceeded all my expectations. The apartment I stayed at was lovely and had all the equipment & amenities I needed and more. Sabina, Stephanie, Carlos, & the housekeeping staff were all so friendly and helpful. I am so grateful to Carlos & Stephanie for assisting me with booking transportation, receiving numerous packages etc.. They always made sure I was safe and on time... they truly went above and beyond. I will never forget how Carlos made sure that my cabs would bring me to my right destination. And one time, my scheduled cab did not arrive, Stephanie assisted me by helping me secure one at the last minute. Thank you so much Sabina for being so kind and welcoming. Thank you Stephanie & Carlos for everything. All of you had made my stay such a pleasant and smooth experience. I have not stopped raving about Harmony Serviced Residences to my family and friends. My stay at harmony was amazing. The apartment was fully furnished and had everything one needs for a long or short term stay. The building was always clean and well taken care of. The complex has a very modern interior design and has a beautiful roof top pool with an amazing view perfect for relaxing and starting or ending the day. Complete with its brilliant staff Harmony is the place to be when in BCN. Carlos is definitely the greatest and friendliest concierge there is. He is always there to help when its needed and he does an outstanding job doing so. For any questions, advice or requests he is the best help you can find. Sabina and Stephanie are also always there to help and are very reliable. Not to forget is the super friendly cleaning crew that always made the apartment look like new once they were finished and in no time at all. My stay at the Harmony Residences was absolutely amazing. The location is great, in the hearth of Barcelona, with Casa Battló and the metro 3 walking minutes away, and every type of shop nearby. The place is fully furnished of everything needed for a short or long stay, you’ll get everything needed and if there’s anything missing you just need to ask the staff. There are two beautiful terraces, one with a pool, perfect to enjoy Barcelona’s weather. All the staff working here will make you feel more than welcome, from the housekeeping staff to managers, it felt more like home than every place I’ve ever been to and I’m grateful to all the staff for this. A special thanks for Carlos, the concierge, who’s an exquisite person, always there to help in case of anything.
