Los Costilla - Burgers & Ribs — Restaurant in Madrid

We visited today, wrapping up a three week culinary trip through many cities in spain including Valencia, Granada, Sevilla, Merida, and now Madrid. After several excellent dinners in Madrid, we stumbled upon this place and though "burgers in Spain" seems strange at first, we read the reviews and decided to give it a try.

This place did NOT dissapoint! We had the Pulled Pork and Cheese Fries which were the best of any "cheese fries" we've ever had. We followed with the loaded burger - I don't know how they do it but it was the savoriest and tastiest burger I can remember ever having. The queso was nothing like an American burger, the patties were very well seasoned, and the buns were super soft.

Never did I think, going home, that I would miss "burgers in Spain", but alas, here we are. I will dream of eating here again. Call out to Else our server who...

We had an amazing meal at Los Costilla in Madrid! We tried the ribs, burgers, and crispy chicken—all of them were absolutely delicious. The ribs were tender and full of flavor, the burgers juicy and perfectly cooked, and the crispy chicken had the perfect crunch. It's okay, the best option was the beef burger. We didn't really enjoy the flavour of the ribs, pulled pork, or even the fries... it was a bit to simply, once again, having all this Instagram posts around created high expectations.
