Woow woow woow starting with the FATAYER very good tast the balance between the salt and lime is PERFECT the texture of the covering is very good and the smell is so too. 2nd the KEBBE is a surprise its better than all of the one's in Lebanon (believe or not) the tast of the filling and the cover of the KIBBE it self and the exact cooking level it needed not raw neither burnt just excellent. SAMBUSIK once you'll tast it you'll understand what I'll say , the perfect combination and amount of cheese and seasoning and salt and thyme and mint UNBELIEVABLE and honestly unexpected . SHAWARMA LAHME its was the Booooom is it fair to travel to Madrid to eat a shawarma instead of lebanon you can tast every single seasoning inside of the wrap and its wraped correctly and heated right but watch out while eating it cause its super juicy, excellent . FATUSH once you see how beautiful the plate is you never want to spoil the master piece and eat it , and once you tast you will unintentionally raise your head and say I'm sorry mama i never ment to hurt you but it's way tastier than any other fatoush I've tasted the great combination between all the vegetables and the tomatoes and the great oil and dibs rumen As to the tawook I took it (to go) cause I couldn't eat anymore and I don't want to lose the great tingling on my taste buds after the amazing fatoush And after that i ate it , I decided to write a review , I ate it cold at home but it shocked me the flavour of the tawook and the great way its bread was heated with the exact amount of pickles and the excellent real garlic . The food at RASIF is better than the food anywhere and a good thing is that the owner is around and was following up his master pieces. You should open a branch in...

As a Lebanese living in Madrid, I can confidently say that this is by far the best Lebanese restaurant in the city. The food is truly authentic, offering the rich, traditional flavors of Lebanon that take me right back home. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste is remarkable. The shawarma is simply outstanding, with tender, juicy meat and the perfect balance of spices. The tabbouleh is fresh and zesty, packed with herbs and citrus that complement every bite. One of the highlights for me is the kibbeh, which is perfectly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, just as it should be. And for a nostalgic touch, they even serve the famous Lebanese French fries sandwich from our childhood— simple yet bursting with flavor, reminding me of home. To top it all off, their interpretation of knefe is a must-try: while it pays homage to the traditional dessert, they add their own twist, creating a rich, cheesy delight soaked in sweet syrup, with just the right balance of texture and flavor. Beyond the incredible food, the service is exceptional, with staff who are warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the entire experience feel like a true...

A truly authentic lebanese place in the heart of la latina neighborhood and dare i say all of madrid. As an arab, I don’t encounter much authentic arabic food in madrid but el rasif delivered. First of, if you plan to dine in, it is safer to reserve because the place is pretty small, they do accept walk-ins but better safe than wait :) secondly, the food: we started out with a lot of mezzes (appetizers). Their hummus, muhamarra (roasted bell peppers), mousska (special eggplant) and baby squids were amazing. The fatoush was a equally nice as well but just fatoush. Their sandwiches can be a bit small so two sandwiches or one and half (if you have company) is just right if you don’t opt for appetizers. The sandwiches: the shish tawouk and beef shawerma are highly highly recommended. A friend in our party didn’t like the chicken shawerma. And finally, you have to leave room for desserts because their knafeh is just amazing and totally worth...

⚠️ A DESTACAR: También tienen bebidas típicas 💳 PRECIO MEDIO: 💵💵 🏆 PUNTUACIÓN: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️

Nice place for Lebanese street food (sandwiches and classic mezzes). The mezze platter we took (with hummus, mouhammara, and mouttabal) was good but not extraordinary and lacked taste. Sandwiches were good, but small portions. Service is good and fast. Ambiance is good. One personal negative point was that the shish taouk “special” sandwich has a slice ham, which I definitely didn’t expect. It is ultimately my own fault that I didn’t read the menu more carefully, but the owners should make sure to highlight this kind of thing. For people who don’t eat ham, that’s a big dealbreaker.
