DIOR Madrid Canalejas — Local services in Madrid

What an unprofessional customer service at this store we experienced yesterday by one young female associate on the first level floor. We’re vivid Dior VIP customers from States and we’re browsing at the store for new purse items. Not just our rep spent time on us , she jumped from one to another, without paying attention on sale looks like to either of us. We come to Europe to enjoy the cities, having a good time and spend money. Well, I asked her if she can spare the shopping paper bag as a curtesy, since I had heavy bottle water in my LV purse. She evaluated my LV purse(I usually wear my CD purse, but yesterday was LV, because it was convenient 😃) and first she said well we can’t just give a paper bag, but then she said ok maybe I do exception, then she wasted another 15 min for us to wait and went by elevator upstairs and brought galleria paper bag 😂 not even Dir one, wow , just wow! Should I write to headquarters about an incident or keep silent? This is a first time . Very disappointing and unprofessional. Makes me and us spend more money at Luise Vuitton rather than at Dior! My husband and I visited the Dior store at DIOR Madrid Canalejas and were greeted by SA Paula Laniella on 25/2/24. We felt very welcome due to her positive attitude. She assisted us with our purchases throughout our visit and even offered us some drinks. The service provided to us was excellent, and the transaction was smooth. After our last day in Madrid, we decided to purchase another item. I quickly texted Paula on 01/03/24 and she confirmed that the item we were looking for was in stock. She helped us reserve it and referred us to her colleague, SA Owen, who was also very nice. This Boutique is the best from this brand ! My Wife and I visited almost all Boutiques from this brand Christian Dior.Such a great professional team working here many exclusive unique items! We Met Sarah in this boutique , we had an outstanding buying experience , she handled our queries so efficient as we had to deal abroad also since we are foreign. Everything in click of buttons in regards of models , colors , types , sizes , catalogues , albums , classic and new all this can be done by chatting service with photos and videos.
