Farmacia López Vicente — Local services in Madrid

DO NOT VISIT HERE. It takes me a few minutes writing this implying my urge to prevent others being treated as I was. This place is literally a scam. I strongly insist take a few steps and just visit any nearby pharmacy.

I bought a body lotion here for €22. I came back to madrid after years and got confused with the inflation. The line was huge so just paid for it. However, after stepping outside, I did a quick online search and found it being sold for €15 online. I went back inside within 3–5 minutes to ask for a refund. I reckon the pharmacist was able to see me through window. The product was sealed and untouched, but the pharmacist refused, pointing to a line on the receipt: “por su seguridad no se admiten devoluciones” ("for your safety, returns are not accepted").

This line is misleading and feels like a scam. It tries to justify a no-return policy by claiming it's for the customer's safety—even when there's clearly no risk involved. I hadn't even opened the product. Why didn't you say that before me getting the receipt. This is basically you pay get the receipt and realize it cannot be refunded. We are all being fooled by them.

No refund policy is in itself is insane. No notice about the policy should be illegal. If not already.

After insisting, I did receive the refund, but the pharmacist responded with sarcasm: “Next time take as much time as you need before buying anything.” I mean why am i the one to be blamed when all the exploitative measures are employed by them?

He pasado hace poco más de una hora, he dado las buenas tardes educadamente cómo en todos los sitios al entrar, no a habido respuesta. Estamos alojados en el hotel petit Palace y se me ha olvidado la medicación y con ella para la tensión, además a mí marido le dolía la cabeza y he aprovechado para sacar la medicación pendiente con el sip ( ya que tenía las pastillas para la tensión ) a la vez que comprábamos Paracetamol, creo que hasta ahora es algo bastante normal. Nos atiende una chica extranjera y nos mira todo el rato con recelo y desconfianza, que de verdad os prometo que somos una pareja de lo más corriente, aseada y arreglada, porque nos hemos sentido como delincuentes, nos pide el DNI y nos mira el billete de 20€ con el que le pago varias veces exhaustivamente y no contenta con ese trato poco profesional y humillante pues va con toda su cara y nos devuelve un billete de 10€ roto todo por la mitad a lo que me niego a cogerlo y solicito me lo cambié con otro, accede de mala gana y se da la vuelta y se pone a lo suyo después de un educado adiós que le dejamos caer. Después de exponer los hechos objetivamente, voy a expresar mi opinión personal: es una farmacia pequeña, con escasos productos y parecen estar sobrados pese a eso, he entrado de manera fortuita y después he visto otra farmacia enfrente del hotel, solo con un vistazo desde fuera me doy cuenta de que me equivoqué, la otra farmacia si parece una farmacia profesional con los productos que habitualmente se exponen y varios farmacéuticos que nada más acercarme a la puerta y sin comprar me saludan. QUE LASTIMA QUE COMO ESTA EL PAIS, LOS LABORATORIOS VENDIENDO FUERA Y LA DEPENDENCIA DE LA POBLACION DE MEDICACION, SE PUEDA PERMITIR QUE EXISTAN FARMACIAS DE SEMEJANTE Y DUDOSA REPUTACION, NO PONGO ESTRELLAS EN NEGATIVO PORQUE NO SE PUEDE. SI NO SIRVES PARA ESO VE A BUSCAR OTRO TRABAJO QUE GENTE QUE VALE MAS QUE TU HAY...
