Opera Gym — Local services in Madrid

Rate it as a visitor during my trip not as resident.

Price: Got a weekly pass at 50Euro, there are various choices for single session or 3 sessions. I usually pay similar price for other places in Europe.

A perfect gym, small but it meets all your needs. If you're looking for a cozy, straightforward space without large crowds, and that is clean, I highly recommend it. Although the space is small, it has more structure than many large gyms. The only detail is that the air conditioning system could work a bit better. Small but nice gym. Very friendly staff. Stayed at a hotel nearby and just needed a day pass which was €8, it was worth it. Two downsides: the barbells / dead lift bars are non standard weights, i guess somewhere around 5-10kgs depending on which one you use, would've been nice with a weight specified, or even better with standard 20kg bars for the bench press and similar.
