Having been in before and receiving excellent service, unfortunately on this occasion I was unlucky. The store assistant hounded us when we were browsing. When I asked to try sizes on in a few different shoes he was huffing and puffing. When I decided to purchase a pair of shoes he threw the box into the bag and generally seemed annoyed that he had any customers. There were no others customers in the shop at that time so not sure why he was unhappy he had one customer to attend to.

Very poor and disappointing service. To be honest if I didn’t need the shoes in a hurry I’d have left without them and just ordered them online to my house directly. Such a shame when spending all this money on a special item to be treated worse than in primark!

Excelente servicio. Fui una mañana a comprar un cinturón en concreto que estaba agotado online y allí tampoco lo tenían en mi talla. El dependiente que me atendió (un chico moreno muy amable) me enseñó el mismo modelo en otros colores y, como no me convencía, decidí que no iba a comprar el cinturón.
