I have been visiting this store for about 2 years now, I am a huge maje and sandro fan, and I am a loyal client of theirs in Belgium and Italy. Unfortunately, I was never assisted in this store. Each time I went to the store there has been no hello, good morning, not even some salutation in Spanish. So two days ago I tried to give it a chance again, I went to try a white puffer jacket that I saw on the window display, I was so excited to try it on, there was only one person in the store so basically no one, I enter the store the sales assitant doesn’t even bother to say hi, once again!!! I go to try the jacket she sees me taking and putting it on I go to the mirror to check it on me, she doesn’t even come to ask if the size is correct nor any other kind of assistance. I tried to have her attention to help me with the size but she simply avoided me, then I went and put back the jacket, while I was still in the store she took the hanger where I hanged the jacket and started closing the zip and putting it in order! I recently visited the store to buy a suit, and Leticia was incredibly helpful. She assisted me in finding the right size, and both my sister and I felt very comfortable with her guidance. After wearing the blazer once, a button fell off, so I reached out to the online customer service for help. Unfortunately, they were not helpful and didn’t provide a solution. However, when I returned to the store, Leticia was fantastic once again—she exchanged the blazer for a new one without any issues and handled everything professionally.
