Cappuccino Borne — Restaurant in Palma

I had a weird experience with the service here. The first waiter gave me a menu without greeting me, and while he was taking my order, he coldly said someone else will help me, and he left! Then another waitress came, not knowing what the other waiter just told me. She was very polite, but she asked me to switch seats to another room without explanation. Then, a third waiter served my drink, and he gave me the bill BEFORE I EVEN GOT MY FOOD!

Speaking of which, the food was mediocre and overpriced. Over 15 euros for a veggie wrap appetizer and around 7 euros for a side order of French fries…

The location, however, is fantastic. It’s very central in Palma and on a beautiful street.

Poor service and ok food only got 3 stars because the lady gave my daughter a drawing page with crayons. Ignored at the corner whilst trying to ask for a table for nearly 5mins. Had to walk through to ask staff for a table directly to which the response was "pick whatever".

Tables are small, so between the drinks, colouring page and pizza board we struggled. Between that and the nigh on claustrophobic distance between tables expect to literally be rubbing up against Palma's finest.

The pizza was ok, not great but the to be fair the juice was refreshing. Had to ask for cutlery even after asking for plates, to which we just got a hand. The small male waiter....yeah you were rude. The female waitress was the only saving grace and the onky reason...

I love this place! Every time I’m in Palma, I come here and recommend it to everyone – excellent food, cocktails, and staff. BUT! This review is a message for the management. The waiters are powerless to deal with a rude street musician who plays in front of the restaurant and then approaches the guests, insulting them if they don’t give him tips! He says things like, “I’m playing here for you, you can’t ignore me, you’re rude,” and so on. Tonight, he got right in my face with his guitar in front of all the guests and then got into a confrontation with everyone at our table – aggressive and rude!

I truly hope this reaches the right people and not just an automated marketing...
